Special & Themed Fairs

The Bloomsbury Summer Book Fair in 2020 was cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions, since then we have changed venue, and our large Summer Events will now not take place in the same way as in previous years. We have this year already had our Bloomsbury Book Fair Spring Event, the next special fair will be the Bloomsbury Book Fair Autumn Event on Sunday September 11th.  We hope to welcome dealers from all over the UK and perhaps (restrictions permitting) dealers from further afield. Spaces will be limited, if you want to exhibit at this event please get in touch to secure your stand. Summer Fairs were always popular and we hope these new events will prove to be just as well received. Check this space regularly for further details of our 2022 Events. If you want to exhibit at this fair, please email us using the contact page for a booking form.

These special fairs are our most popular events. If you’re planning a visit to London during the year these could make for the perfect break from the hot metropolitan hustle & bustle…find out more.

Please note the venue address will change from the 5th April, the Fairs will then be taking place at the nearby Holiday Inn in London’s Bloomsbury. Read more here.

At the end of the year, as usual, our Christmas Fairs, on December 12th (Bloomsbury Book Fair) and December 19th (Bloomsbury Book & Ephemera Fair), always designed to bring some seasonal cheer and often a great resource for those looking for something special, unusual or unique as a Christmas present. From Victorian chromolithographed Christmas Cards to modern Private Press publications, signed autobiographies or even classic modern fiction in first edition, you’ll be amazed how inspirational our Christmas Fairs can be!

A Fair for all Seasons

Beyond our annual Special Fairs we also host other special occasions outside the usual calendared Fairs, in particular  themed fairs. We are delighted to announce that the next themed fair will be THE PHOTOGRAPH FAIR on  October 9th 2022, running alongside the Bloomsbury Book Fair on the same day. The Photograph Fair will take place in meeting rooms on the first floors, admission is £3 which entitles visitors entry to both events. Open as usual from 9.30-3pm

We welcome to the Bloomsbury Book Fair exhibiting members from the Ephemera Society who are no longer holding fairs periodically at the Holiday Inn, at each of our monthly events you will find a wide selection of ephemera from specialist dealers.

We are also looking to develop various ideas for more themed fairs dedicated to books, ephemera, postcards, manuscripts, maps, photographs, small antiques etc. relating to various themes/collectors/subjects…more information to follow soon…

SPRING FAIR EXHIBITOR LIST

This list of exhibitors is for the next Bloomsbury Photograph Fair, which will take place on Sunday, October 9 from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm. Once uploaded the exhibitor list will be updated regularly in the lead up to the fair.
