Special & Themed Fairs

During the Summer Etc Fairs run special editions of their Bloomsbury Book & Ephemera Fairs respectively, as part of the Rare Book London events. The Bloomsbury Summer Book Fair is set to be a bumper event on Sunday June 7th!

The Bloomsbury Summer Book Fair is on Sunday June 7th and is proving to be very popular, if you are thinking of exhibiting, do get in touch soon to secure your stand.  Check this space regularly for further details of our 2020 Summer Events. If you want to exhibit at this fair, please email us using the contact page for a booking form.

These annual summer events are our most popular fairs. If you’re planning a visit to London during the summer these could make for the perfect break from the hot metropolitan hustle & bustle…find out more.

Please note the venue address will change from the 5th April, the Fairs will then be taking place at the nearby Holiday Inn in London’s Bloomsbury. Read more here.

At the end of the year, as usual, our Christmas Fairs, on December 13th (Bloomsbury Book Fair) and December 20nd (Bloomsbury Book & Ephemera Fair), always designed to bring some seasonal cheer and often a great resource for those looking for something special, unusual or unique as a Christmas present. From Victorian chromolithographed Christmas Cards to modern Private Press publications, signed autobiographies or even classic modern fiction in first edition, you’ll be amazed how inspirational our Christmas Fairs can be!

A Fair for all Seasons

Beyond our annual Summer Fairs we also host other special occasions outside the usual calendared Fairs, in particular  themed fairs. THE NEXT THEMED FAIR IS: THE PHOTOGRAPH FAIR on March 8th, an exciting new event for 2020! The latest exhibitor list for this event will be uploaded shortly.

We welcome to the Bloomsbury Book Fair exhibiting members from the Ephemera Society who are no longer holding fairs periodically at the Holiday Inn, at each of our monthly events you will find a wide selection of ephemera from specialist dealers.  Due to our forthcoming move to the Holiday Inn, Coram Street, London WC1N 1HT in April we have had to cancelled our themed fairs after this date in 2020. So the Pulp and Paperback Fair and the Photograph Fair scheduled for November will now not take place. We are hoping to be able to reinstate these fairs in the future, so keep checking this page for news.

We are also looking to develop various ideas for more themed fairs dedicated to books, ephemera, postcards, manuscripts, maps, photographs, small antiques etc. relating to various themes/collectors/subjects…more information to follow soon…
