Special & Themed Fairs

The Bloomsbury Book Fair Summer Fair 2024 will take place on May 12th. We have opened our bookings for this event, our current venue has limited capacity so book early to avoid disappointment! We hope to welcome dealers from all over the UK and dealers from further afield. Spaces will be limited, if you want to exhibit at this event please get in touch to secure your stand. At the end of the year, as usual, we have our  Christmas Bloomsbury Book Fair, on December 8th 2024, always designed to bring some seasonal cheer and often a great resource for those looking for something special, unusual or unique as a Christmas present. From Victorian chromolithographed Christmas Cards to modern Private Press publications, signed autobiographies or even classic modern fiction in first edition, you’ll be amazed how inspirational our Christmas Fairs can be!

Fairs for all Seasons & Collectors

 

Beyond our annual Summer Fair we also host other special occasions outside the usual calendared Fairs, in particular themed fairs. The Photograph Fair and the Pulp & Paperback have already taken place, the next dates have just been announced, they run alongside our usual events, the next themed fair will be the Bloomsbury Photograph Fair taking place on 13th October, at the same time as the Bloomsbury Book Fair. This is followed by the Bloomsbury Pulp & Paperback Fair on 24th November at the same time as the Bloomsbury Ephemera Fair. The admission is £3 which entitles visitors entry to both events. Open as usual from 9.30-3pm

We welcome to the Bloomsbury Book Fair exhibiting members from the Ephemera Society who are no longer holding fairs periodically at the Holiday Inn, at each of our monthly events you will find a wide selection of ephemera from specialist dealers.

We are also looking to develop various ideas for more themed fairs dedicated to books, ephemera, postcards, manuscripts, maps, photographs, small antiques etc. relating to various themes/collectors/subjects more information will follow as these ideas develop into events!
